Working Principle

Wire rod coil is positioned and locked on the C-hook at the bundling station
Automatic centering and hydraulic compaction are initiated
Wire guide track system closes around the coil
Automatic wire feeding, tightening, twisting, and cutting (4 bindings)
Track system opens and the machine returns to home position
Bundled coil is released for downstream conveying
